Pipe systems in real estate

Tubus System is a unique and proven method to install brand new pipes inside old ones. This method is excellent when it is time to change pipe system in a building. It takes us only one day to install new pipes in an average sized apartment.

Relining with Tubus system is done in fours steps:

Preparation

First we disassemble toilets and water seals. After that the pipe is inspected with a camera and mechanically cleaned on the inside before the plastic is injected.

Production

We apply several layers of a special corrosive-resistant plastic material to the inner walls of the existing pipes. This reinforced material dries to form a new, durable and safe pipe. The method works on all existing pipes with a diameter from 50 millimetre and uppwards.

2. Production

Documentation

After production the new plastic pipe is inspected. The inspection is filmed and a copy of the film is sent to quality control. When the renovation is complete toilets and water seals puts back. The workplace is cleaned and the new pipes are ready to be used.

Quality assurance

To secure the quality on the renovation the new pipe is reviewed in our head quarter in Gothenburg. Thereafter the review is sent to the client. Tubus System always gives you ten years warranty on the new pipe.
